Especially now with all that is going on in the world, it’s essential to learn some techniques to help us regulate our nervous system.

We know that sleep is the best medicine for our mind and body.

But when we are stressed and our nervous system feels dysregulated it can be hard to fall asleep and/or stay asleep.

What we do during the day will determine the quality and quantity of our sleep at night.

For this reason, it’s important to learn some simple ways to calm down our nervous system and reduce our stress. By creating new habits we create an environment conducive to good quality sleep. In return, our lives get so much more fun to live.

Within a few sessions I had a better routine in place and my sleep time went to 6-7 hours and I have maintained that since we finished the sessions.
