Especially now with all that is going on in the world, it’s essential to get optimal sleep.

We know that sleep is the best medicine for our mind and body.  

 One way to ensure our body and mind knows that it’s time to go to sleep is to create a consistent bedtime routine.

 We do it for our children. When they are small, we ensure that we have a consistent bedtime for them.  We know that by them having a consistent schedule, they have improved overall moods. The consistency of the routine cues their mind and body that it’s time to fall asleep.  We do this because we know it will help them sleep better (and give momma some relaxation time once the baby is in bed).  

 Why do we no longer do that for ourselves?   

 By creating a bedtime routine for yourself, it will help you unwind and close your day.  You will be cuing your mind and body that it is time for bed.

Within a few sessions I had a better routine in place and my sleep time went to 6-7 hours and I have maintained that since we finished the sessions.
