Are you curious about how EFT tapping can be used to help you sleep better at night?
Are you unable to fall asleep? Or maybe you can fall asleep easily but then your mind wakes you up and you are no longer able to fall back to sleep. If so, you are not alone.
Stress is a big part of the reason most people (including myself) have trouble either falling asleep or staying asleep. EFT is a great tool to help us reduce our everyday stress so we can calm our mind and go to sleep.
Please bring water, a notebook and a pen.
