Week 1 → Evaluate your current sleep story.
Assess where you are right now with your current sleep struggles and craft a clear vision of what you want your sleep to look like in the future.
Week 2 → Create routines and rituals to optimize your sleep.
Take control of your life and set boundaries on your energy in order to feel focused and in control.
Week 3 → Release emotions getting in the way of your sleep.
Recognize the stress response that interferes with sleep in order to expand your awareness and start creating solutions.
Week 4 → Where is my stress coming from?
Identify the unique daily challenges in your life that cause stress and hinders your sleep in order for you to regain control of your energy.
Week 5 → Let’s create your perfect sleep story.
Create new empowering beliefs about your sleep story in order to reinforce your new habits and rituals.
Week 6 → Celebrate your new sleep story.
By celebrating your wins, you are reinforcing new empowering beliefs and creating lasting change in your habits.
I am getting at least 8 hour of sleep per night and it feels so good!

Over the last number of years, I’ve been helping people reclaim their sleep. Sleep is such an important part of our health and well being, yet it is not talked about enough in my opinion.
Since I’ve decided to make sleep a priority in my life, I’ve seen first hand the positive changes that happened in my own life. When I see others choose to make sleep their priority, it lights me up. I know what possibilities they’ve just opened up in their own lives.

“Carol’s program has changed my life. I’m someone who would wake in the middle of the night, usually around 4 p.m. My mind would become instantly alert, and off to the races on my to-do list for the day. If I was lucky, I might get back to sleep for an hour or two. But often I would lie there, trying everything I could think of to go back to sleep, to no avail. Then come morning I would be drowsy and sleepy, like I was hung over. I could never trust that I would be alert enough in the morning to see clients, so didn’t schedule clients before 11 a.m, which was pretty limiting.
With Carol’s help, I tapped on my fears around waking up during the night, not being able to get back to sleep, being tired the next day. With her guidance, I looked at how I could prepare myself for sleep, and what to do if I woke in the middle of the night. Especially helpful was discovering that my glass of wine in the evening could be the culprit which woke me up after 4 hours sleep. I am now sleeping on average 7 hours a night. Total bliss to wake up refreshed.“
