Are you curious about how EFT/Tapping can be used to help you sleep better at night?

Are you unable to fall asleep?  Or maybe you can fall asleep easily but then your mind wakes you up and you are no longer able to fall back to sleep.  If so, you are not alone.

Stress is a big part of the reason most people (including myself) have trouble either falling asleep or staying asleep.  EFT is a great tool to help us reduce our everyday stress so we can calm our mind and go to sleep.

 This four week online workshop will provide you with some new tools in order for you to learn how   “You Can Find Sleep Again Naturally, using EFT/Tapping”.

Participants in this course will get:

Four live online classes (that includes group tapping sessions)
A private Facebook group for the duration of the course to ask questions.
Recording of our live classes will be added to our private Facebook group.  You will be able to watch the recording if you miss a class or just need a refresher.

During these 4 weeks, we will:

Track your sleep in order to get a clearer picture of your sleep patterns.

You will learn how to use EFT/Tapping to reduce stress in your life that could be contributing to your sleep issues.

Talk about sleep hygiene and other behavioural changes that might be beneficial to you.

We will look at different areas of your lives that may be contributing to the stress that is keeping you awake at night.

We will look into what your limiting beliefs are with regards to sleep and how to address those beliefs.


Carol’s Ready, Set, Sleep course is absolutely amazing. Carol brings such a wealth of knowledge in the area of sleep – I learned something new every single week. Not only was I able to adjust my personal habits to accommodate a better sleep routine for myself, I was also able to understand a couple of my limiting sleep beliefs and ‘tap’ into them and clear them. I am much more aware of what I need to do to achieve the best sleep possible for my own well-being. I have had many stressors in my life the past couple of years and as a result it has affected my sleep. During Ready, Set, Sleep with Carol, I have learned EFT techniques to help get back my sleep. Since taking this course, my sleep is much better and my sleep pattern has changed. Many nights I would not fall asleep until 1:00 am because my mind and body would not shut down. I would then wake up late, tired, and not rested. Since Ready, Set, Sleep I am now falling asleep around 11:00 pm and my body is naturally waking up around 7:00 am and I wake up refreshed!

Carol’s “Ready, Set, Sleep” course has changed my life.  I’m someone who would wake in the middle of the night, usually around 4 p.m.  My mind would become instantly alert, and off to the races on my to-do list for the day.  If I was lucky, I might get back to sleep for an hour or two.   But often I would lie there, trying everything I could think of to go back to sleep, to no avail.  Then come morning I would be drowsy and sleepy, like I was hung over.  I could never trust that I would be alert enough in the morning to see clients, so didn’t schedule clients before 11 a.m, which was pretty limiting.

With Carol’s help, I tapped on my fears around waking up during the night, not being able to get back to sleep, being tired the next day.  With her guidance, I looked at how I could prepare myself for sleep, and what to do if I woke in the middle of the night.  Especially helpful was discovering that my glass of wine in the evening could be the culprit which woke me up after 4 hours sleep.  I am now sleeping on average 7 hours a night.  Total bliss to wake up refreshed.

I feel much gratitude for the wealth of knowledge and personal experience that Carol brings to the course.  Her infectious delight and enthusiasm  makes it a joy to participate in the course.
