Are you curious about how EFT/Tapping can be used to help you sleep better at night?

Are you unable to fall asleep?  Or maybe you can fall asleep easily but then your mind wakes you up and you are no longer able to fall back to sleep.  If so, you are not alone.

Stress is a big part of the reason most people (including myself) have trouble either falling asleep or staying asleep.  EFT is a great tool to help us reduce our everyday stress so we can calm our mind and go to sleep.

 This four week online workshop will provide you with some new tools in order for you to learn how   “You Can Find Sleep Again Naturally, using EFT/Tapping”.

Participants in this course will get:

Four live online classes (that includes group tapping sessions)
A private Facebook group for the duration of the course to ask questions.
Recording of our live classes will be added to our private Facebook group.  You will be able to watch the recording if you miss a class or just need a refresher.

During these 4 weeks, we will:

Track your sleep in order to get a clearer picture of your sleep patterns.

You will learn how to use EFT/Tapping to reduce stress in your life that could be contributing to your sleep issues.

Talk about sleep hygiene and other behavioural changes that might be beneficial to you.

We will look at different areas of your lives that may be contributing to the stress that is keeping you awake at night.

We will look into what your limiting beliefs are with regards to sleep and how to address those beliefs.
