I pondered how to answer this because you see, that is a BIG question.

The answer:  “It depends… on what is waking you up.”

We first need to get clear on the reason you are waking up.  Then we can create a strategy for you to get you back to sleep. Or even better yet, not wake up in the first place.

I am inviting you to join me on zoom for a week.  The zoom calls will last approximately 30 minutes. Together, we will uncover what is keeping you up at night and create strategies to overcome it.
